Training my wife until Alzheimer’s disease really took hold of her, really helped her and supported me. Now I am 87 and 15 minutes gentle and appropriate exercise before my massage has helped me feel better. Has lifted my spirits and got the juices flowing.
My back is better too now you have showed me what exercise to do at home to open up the joint.

No one training session has ever been the same. This has been the only exercise session I have stuck too. Thank you for adjusting them when I am not on top form or on top of my game- Love it

Shoulder surgery put me out of action with my 1 2 1 gym sessions for a while, but now with support and persistence from you my trainer I have recovered fully and gained the muscle tone back in my arm which had wasted.

I was out of resources and did not know who to turn to. I found Jane on the Internet. My wife has regained much of her confidence, can now go to the Gym and work out in Jane’s studio, regained some memory and improved her speech, meet up with the family and this year flew with me abroad – Can’t thank you enough such a wonderful support and friend.

At the time I was not in a very good place you helped me become a fighter, teaching me to zone out of what was going on around me and focus. I still do that today when I am faced with negativity. That day I performed my best a faultless routine a day and performance I shall never forget. The icing on the cake was winning and that I shall thank you forever.
