Discovering Just Call Me Reg has made such a difference to my life – and my family’s too. We were at our wit’s end when my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, but Jane’s practical advice has made it possible to see a much more positive future.

You showed me how to do exercises correctly, now I can do them without causing myself endless appointments at the physiotherapist- you are the best.

Shoulder surgery put me out of action with my 1 2 1 gym sessions for a while, but now with support and persistence from you my trainer I have recovered fully and gained the muscle tone back in my arm which had wasted.

Training my wife until Alzheimer’s disease really took hold of her, really helped her and supported me. Now I am 87 and 15 minutes gentle and appropriate exercise before my massage has helped me feel better. Has lifted my spirits and got the juices flowing.
My back is better too now you have showed me what exercise to do at home to open up the joint.

No one training session has ever been the same. This has been the only exercise session I have stuck too. Thank you for adjusting them when I am not on top form or on top of my game- Love it

I hit someone and in the moment hurt my shoulder. First appointment sorted even though I have exercises to do and a follow up appointment, Thanks for always finding a way to fit me in with my crazy work schedule.
