“Prolonged stress can have an adverse effect on your health”
We all know that many chronic diseases can be prevented through some simple lifestyle changes and sitting behind a desk all day will not prolong your life.
Apart from the fact that after sitting down and then deciding to go for a run can bring about unwanted injuries caused from sitting for too long to movement without the appropriate attention to warm up and stretching.
Make the shift- move your body -improve your physical and psychological wellness and extend your life.
Personal Wellness training with a holistic and dimensional approach brings out the best in YOU because it is tailored for you!
Virtual Health launches Skype Personal Training Service.
Virtual Health was initially for those individuals who are embarrassed to go to the gym and who were time poor. However, after much nurturing and managing the highs and lows of business, this week I have launched a new personal training concept “Personal Training” through Skype.
Some of our old clients have been in touch this week and live outside the UK or are not in our area and wondered how I could help them as we have previous training history and they didn’t want to train with anyone else or was unable to find the suitable trainer.
Skype seems to be our solution to staying in touch on scheduled training and keeping my valued clients in good shape.
So when you have a moment take a look at our re branded site at http://www.virtual-healthclub.com and or drop me a line on email: firstname.lastname@example.orgLearn More
How would you feel if this happened to you?
If your loved one is showing sign of reduced brain function then if you want to keep them for longer obtain an early diagnosis.
Early diagnosis is crucial in preventing the escalation of the first signs of memory loss especially if it can be kept at bay for as long as possible. There is no known cure for dementia at this time so consider doing what is best by them.
Further information about what to do when you suspect a loved one showing signs of memory loss can be found here in the publication REG here at https://www.justcallmereg.com
It’s all about Alzheimer’s disease, solutions, support and information on the biggest curve ball you will ever be thrown in your life.
REG…details the exact blue print in easy to manage bit size chunks. Follow it and the publication will assist you in gaining an insight into the system in what you need to do, when and why before it is too late.
Please share this on social media if you find it useful- Thank you
If your pelvic floor muscles are weak you will be unable to respond when your body performs dynamic exercises.
Most of us have heard of the pelvic floor muscles but few practise them as much as 3 times a week.
They are there to protect the pelvic organs and embarrassing leakages.
To strengthen your pelvic floor muscles you need to do the exercises three times a day and up to ten sets of ten second holds with also ten short strong contractions daily for about 12 weeks.
Pelvic floor problems are not age related some teenagers also suffer from bladder and bowel control as well. Teenagers, who are heavily into sports at school such as gymnastics for example tumbling, can also experience a weak pelvic floor due to the force on the pelvic floor when landing as does running.
It can be terrifying, …if, someone you love has started to show signs of reduce cognitive function, memory loss in other words, or showing signs of the onset of dementia or even Alzheimer’s disease which is a form of dementia.
The feeling of helplessness, feeling out of control, and the pain of seeing someone you love slowly disappearing, can leave you wondering how you will cope – and whether you are up to it, as it has a funny way of bringing about one’s own mortality.
Right at this moment, turn to the person you love. I want you to imagine what life would be like – your life, as your loved one gradually forgets everything about you, eventually not being able to remember who you are, your name even, and your shared life.
So, if you are reading this and it has struck a chord within you and you want to keep your loved one for longer then you will find the link to the Blue Print of what to do, where to go and what to ask in the latest publication written & inspired by a man named Reg….News information and solutions for those families affected by Alzheimer’s disease here.

When I fell and hurt myself at work, you took care of me, would not let me train and I realised just how much you know about the body. I thought I had hurt with my knee which I found out later with you that the problem stemmed from by back- You are better than my doctor you understand so much about the human body and spent so much time with me until I was better sorting the problem out.
For anyone going through the dramatic effect of dealing with not only the person who has this illness, but also the authorities, this series of books will be such a support for you.
Dr. Dhanraj Aggarwal
An excellent series of small and easy to understand books with a clear incisive analysis on a vitally important topic of dementia, which raises public awareness from the carer point of view.
Once a good Coach always a good Coach…. You have always put my brain back in the right place and it’s the first day my shoulder has not hurt – x
Training my wife until Alzheimer’s disease really took hold of her, really helped her and supported me. Now I am 87 and 15 minutes gentle and appropriate exercise before my massage has helped me feel better. Has lifted my spirits and got the juices flowing. My back is better too now you have showed me what exercise to do at home to open up the joint.
I am 88 years old, tried to move the sofa in my flat and hurt myself, thanks for gently manipulating me and putting me back together
I was out of resources and did not know who to turn to. I found Jane on the Internet. My wife has regained much of her confidence, can now go to the Gym and work out in Jane’s studio, regained some memory and improved her speech, meet up with the family and this year flew with me abroad – Can’t thank you enough such a wonderful support and friend.
I hit someone and in the moment hurt my shoulder. First appointment sorted even though I have exercises to do and a follow up appointment, Thanks for always finding a way to fit me in with my crazy work schedule.
I never knew how much mental preparation could benefit until I trained with you. I now know that if I can do it in my head I can do it on the arena floor – with a lot of practise of course, Amazing
