Exercises for stroke are usually prescribed by the Occupational Therapists at the hospital. The first 3 months are paramount to your recovery. Once you have regained your physical abilities its important that you regain your confidence.
Most individuals have a confidence melt down after a stroke and having your blood pressure taken regulary is a stroke preventative measure we can all do, in order for each of us to stay healthy. Normal blood pressure range 120/80. Know your numbers.

I am 85 Years old, live independently on my own and still travel. Although I am on medication and have the onset of Coronary heart disease I work out once a week and my sessions are adjusted accordingly and as necessary depending on how I feel and how much energy I have. I have lost weight too and thank you for helping me with my diet because I am on the medication Waffarin. My bloods this week perfect.
Training my wife until Alzheimer’s disease really took hold of her, really helped her and supported me. Now I am 87 and 15 minutes gentle and appropriate exercise before my massage has helped me feel better. Has lifted my spirits and got the juices flowing.
