Here at Virtual Health we believe that most people, can do some form of activity or another and the key for us is to find what they enjoy. Some individuals should have been working out along time ago but for one reason or another believed they could not do it. That was until they trained with us.

Reg…. a wonderful series of useful information on memory loss. Jane has helped me understand what we need to be aware of, cope with and plan for as we enter old age. The best part of these books are that they fit in your pocket for easy reference, but, more importantly, the writing is big enough that I can see it.
No one training session has ever been the same. This has been the only exercise session I have stuck too. Thank you for adjusting them when I am not on top form or on top of my game- Love it
I was out of resources and did not know who to turn to. I found Jane on the Internet. My wife has regained much of her confidence, can now go to the Gym and work out in Jane’s studio, regained some memory and improved her speech, meet up with the family and this year flew with me abroad – Can’t thank you enough such a wonderful support and friend.
