In six weeks
Our weight
management programme has been designed to help you be more aware
of how your weight has increased and where the calories are coming
from.
We will help you make the step by step controllable changes that
are not to difficult and are easy to follow. This programme helps
discourage and further weight gain and move away from Yo Yo dieting
and move towards an improved body image.
Increase your energy levels and be monitored with our full support.
STEP 1 -
AN HOURS CONSULTATION
A chance
to get to know each other.
An opportunity to establish your needs and concerns and to understand
how we can help you best.
STEP 2 -
HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Here we
assess your health.
Blood pressure, lung capacity, weight, fat, weight hip ratio,
and posture strength.
When we have these score's you will be monitored and is somewhere
you can move forward from.
STEP 3 -
FOOD ANALYSIS
You will
be required to complete a 3 day food diary and to have it analysed.
Continued consultation's on a one to one basis.
Understand what food's to eat to keep you healthy.
STEP 4 -
6 WEEKS MONITORING
Tell me
what's happening when we touch base once a week.
To be weighed and monitored weekly.
An opportunity to discuss, the week's progress and achievement's.
Receive the following week's challenge.
STEP 5 -
EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION
We can
develop your current exercise plan for you if you have a current
health regime.
We can make suggestions on how to get stared by our exercise
professionals.
You have the opportunity to have a Virtual Healthclub personal
trainer to guide, monitor and motivate you and to ensure that
your goals are met.
STEP 6 -
HEALTH ADVISE
Information
on how to stay healthy and maintain your weight.
Exercise information on the type of exercise that is appropriate
to your need's age and goals.
Being aware
that your waistline is expanding is one thing, doing something about
it is a whole different story.
We are here
to help and you also have the choice to learn the benefits of exercise
along with this plan.
Exercise advise relating to health issues are available, and for
those of you who may require a little more motivation you have the
added benefit of having a Virtual Healthclub Personal Trainer at
