Jane, All I can say is that since doing my exercise training I have been much more confident in my everyday life and I know that I would not be able to do any of the training I can do now with out supervised assistance guidance, encouragement and support I have received and still receive. I didn't think I would ever enjoy working out as much as I do now.

I am a 48 year old male, apart from a 6 month spell in 1984 when 1 was trying to impress the directors of a company I worked for, I have done no regular exercise since I finished playing football at 16. For many years, I have run my own Mortgage Brokerage which usually involves 12 hours a day, 6 sometimes 7 days a week high pressure deadline-intensive work.
My problem has been that I have always been too busy to find time to exercise. I might do for the odd run which I find mind-numbingly BORING! With the best intentions, I have joined 3 gym's but after the initial instructions on how to use the machines. I forgot what they told me.
I have asked if Personal Training was available but never got anywhere. Asking the Instructors hope to use the machines every time made me feel like an idiot and seeing all those young, fit, committed people pounding away depressed me further so I stopped going and wasted every membership subscription! (It didn't help that I cannot get interested in which exercise improves which ventricle or what ever it is called)
Someone put a personal trainer card through my door one day & I carried it around with me for a year but never got a chance to speak to him.
Then I saw your web-site advertised & thought what's all this, a personal a fitness person with enough brains to create a web-site?
Emailing you at 11 o'clock at night prompted a response the next morning - bright & cheerful.
Then a mobile conversation & an appointment at a time that suited ME for once.
I explained all the above to you and you promised to fit it around MY schedule.
You actually had a sense of humour, were down to earth & even had outside interests other than physical exercise-so different from the air-heads I had encountered before.
I realized that here was a person I could have a conversation with (exercise permitting) so I should not get so bored so easily. Being a woman, you did not suffer the male-gym ego problem & you seemed Genuinely interested in helping me reach my goals (sorry about the cliché)
These are to get my body fitter & firmer - hopefully lose some weight and feel better about myself. Even if it was only because I was actually doing something instead of just talking about it. I might therefore enjoy my life more & hopefully for longer.
In a few weeks since Natalie Debbie & yourself have been training me I am pleased that we (because clearly I COULD NOT) do this on my own!), are achieving all those goals! I now feel better about myself and my body IS firmer. I have lost some weight but suspect a lot of the Fat is now muscle.
However, there are 2 things I did not expect:
1 ) I find I look forward to each session & actually feel something is missing if I can't attend &
2 ) I feel no muscle pain the next day ! I genuinely expected to be unable to get out of bed following my first session but no, I was fine!
And the next time & after each one since!!! This must be down to the strict stretching exercises both before and after the session. I know introducing this at Arsenal F.C helped extend a number of their player's careers-now it's helping me! I have noticed when you have supervised the other trainers how in tune you are with my own limitations. I think this speaks volumes for your desire to coach me forward rather than simply push me (which might possibly take me beyond my limits). I try as hard as I can when I come to our sessions & it does hurt but it is all worthwhile!

I really enjoy club music. All exercises to get heart pumping and work up a sweat. I would not attend if I found it a chore. It's better than sitting in front of the box. All worth while an hour and a half.

I started training some time after I gave birth to my son. I lost a lot of weight with my trainer at the time but when I stopped the weight seemed to pile on the pounds.
I became very upset in lots of ways, my life was not how I imagined it would be and the weight gain added to my problems I has so much going on in my life I ended up at the Doctors and was prescribed anti-depressants, I hated everyone and everything.
The only shinning star was my son. My husband went through hell, as did my daughter and still the weight kept piling on.
Then after a period of time my husband met up with a friend who had started training again at this time it was with Jane at Virtual health. I kept the number for a while until one night I took the steps and phoned her.
The first time I met her I was shocked. As you can imagine I was nervous apprehensive and not exactly on top of things. I expected to be grated by a super slim super toned super fit big-headed women who was going to make me feel like Sxxx.
I couldn't have been further from the truth she was very kind to me.
Instead I met kind, confident women who I instantly warmed to
I have trained with Jane for some time now and have with her encouragement started to eat better and learned not to beat myself up if I lapse.
I have dropped a full dress size and I have now learnt, from being coached through my training how to take responsibility for myself and am feeling a whole lot better about myself to the extent that even though there was a place for them at the time I now no longer am on anti-depressants and the world is my Oyster,

I have known Jane for sometime the owner of Virtual Health club Ltd.
I went away on holiday with some friends when I fell sick with a dreadful chest infection that potentially was heading for pneumonia. I was not even well enough to fly home.
It really knocked me sideways. I have a very demanding and stressful job and at the time had to take time off to make a recovery which made me feel a little uneasy.
As I slowly recovered I decided that I needed to improve my level of fitness and boost my immune system in order to avoid this happening again. I was really below par.
So I called Jane and asked her if she was prepared to help me.
We arranged to meet up where I undertook a full health history consultation and lifestyle analysis followed by a thorough health screening session and Health Assessment.
I made the decision that I needed to attain better fitness so I booked up a series of sessions and I was gently put through my paces and slowly we progressed from there.
In our sessions we discussed eating habits and my exercise plan to a better life-style and the small changes necessary to my life. I was then aware of the responsibilities to myself if I wanted to achieve and maintain good health.
My Programme was made personally for me, and included regular massage as it boosts the immune system. Jane is a very positive person and has encourages me to believe that I had it in me to turn this around if I wanted to. My sessions have since come to an end as she is now confident that I know what I should be doing in order to take better take of myself. The biggest learning I was important to me and I deserve to be in great health and it need to last me my whole life. No health any life. No health no money to have life.

I started training because I was stressed and I also wanted to lose weight for my son's wedding.
After a few weeks I started to feel much better about myself, they are really positive and encouraging at The Virtual Health and after a time I stated to get into the cloths I enjoy wearing.

Four weeks ago I was going to weight watchers. Depending on whether I gained or lost weight affected my moods.
Sometimes if I had gained only ½ a pound I felt as though I had failed and was really fed up. I work full time in a stressful job and have a family I give all my attention to.
I live on laxatives and Anadin extra for my every day headaches. I also have a bad back, which restricted me from sometimes exercising.
At 46 years old 4 children of my own and 2 stepchildren and 4 grand children, I had resided to work coming home and cooking for the family and then chilling out on the Sofa to watch the soaps. My husband works in Europe all week so I would wait for Friday to come and share the weekend. I then saw your advert, fed up with my condition made the call for a chat. I knew I was not going to change much but needed to go in a different direction. The first session was difficult but with encouragement and support I felt really positive. One-to- One enables me to exercise safely with the correct technique so my back is not at risk. I am eating a healthy diet and with your advise do treat myself but don't over do it. I also incorporate more water into my body and this helps alleviate the constipation and I have grown to quite like it. I have not taken any Laxatives for 4 weeks now and have not needed the Anadin.
We worked on how to plan my week and now when my husband comes home I talk to him about how I am doing and how my week was.
I have a new life now, a life of my own and I am now taking time for myself not just giving it all to others. This morning I tried on a pair of trousers that had been too tight 4-5 weeks ago. I wore them to work today felt great and 10 years younger. I have not lost any weight, it does not matter what the scales say if I am changing shape and feel good about myself.
