Jane Cooper - Biography

Jane Cooper inspires clients to achieve their full potential with her drive, dedication and determination, regardless of what life throws at them.

Jane Cooper is a successful business woman and performance coach. She is 45 years old and always on the look out for new challenges and ideas to develop.

In February 2000 she launched a Virtual Health club www.virtual-healthclub.com

Virtual healthclub is a unique personal training service for individuals too embarrassed or busy to go to the gym. Virtual healthclub offers a special service for individuals on prescribed medication to enable them to exercise safely and correctly. Part of the business also involves mentoring clients in their personal life (making sense of their chaos), business development (a talking service), sports psychology, weight management and massage.  Jane also works in an NHS mental health secure unit with individuals who have been sectioned under the Mental Health Act to help them re-learn and re-focus, physically, mentally and spiritually.

The young Jane Cooper enjoyed sport and in 1986 represented Great Britain in International Baton Twirling achieving 12th place in the World Championships in Japan. She is still the highest ranking senior women in the sport. Jane began mentoring youngsters as a performance coach soon afterwards, enabling them to find their uniqueness and bring it to the fore.

For many years Jane has managed a client base of around 1000 people at a private accountancy practice after leaving H.M. Revenue and Customs and this year launched www.Virtualtaxuk.com which is a self assessment, accounts and VAT service for individuals seeking help with their business, finance, structuring and online filing to HMRC.

When Jane’s father Reg, died of Alzheimer’s disease in Jan 2009, she started to write. She has written a book about their shared experience. Alongside this book She has created a website www.justcallmereg.com and developed a unique range of tools to help families cope with the impact of this disease. By using her own experience and expertise, she offers a unique insight into how to manage the deteriorating mind of the sufferer and in so doing will enable carers, family and friends and insight into how to cope with and manage the impact of this devastating disease.

She is also writing a series of short stories for children.
