Due to the ever expanding information available to us regarding
the state of the nation's health, we at Virtual health have put together
a training plan for young people aged 14 years of age and over.
The idea is to encourage them to have the opportunity to have the
experience of an exercise teacher on a one to one basis and to put
them thru their paces and have some fun whilst trying to get in
better shape.
We appreciate how difficult it can be to consistently encourage
the younger ones to exercise within today's society unless there
is a passion or interest in sport.
We believe that we need to be able to help the younger generation
understand the benefits and the importance of a balanced life, the
balance between exercise, the type of food consumption and computers
for example.
Virtual health encourages and educate on the benefits of the importance
of looking after themselves to attain a healthy lifestyle.
