I have been teaching in the health industry for the last 25 years or so. I know that the health industry is a multimillion industry but for goodness sake , isn’t it about time to take note that if you want to lose weight do the correct exercise program that will help you do it.
For those of you trying to improve your endurance (ie time spent training ) you will need more strength.

I am 85 Years old, live independently on my own and still travel. Although I am on medication and have the onset of Coronary heart disease I work out once a week and my sessions are adjusted accordingly and as necessary depending on how I feel and how much energy I have. I have lost weight too and thank you for helping me with my diet because I am on the medication Waffarin. My bloods this week perfect.
I was out of resources and did not know who to turn to. I found Jane on the Internet. My wife has regained much of her confidence, can now go to the Gym and work out in Jane’s studio, regained some memory and improved her speech, meet up with the family and this year flew with me abroad – Can’t thank you enough such a wonderful support and friend.

Training my wife until Alzheimer’s disease really took hold of her, really helped her and supported me. Now I am 87 and 15 minutes gentle and appropriate exercise before my massage has helped me feel better. Has lifted my spirits and got the juices flowing. My back is better too now you have showed me what exercise to do at home to open up the joint.
