AN EXERCISE CONSULTANT – not your conventional trainer.
Jane Cooper runs virtual-healthclub which is her own business working in the health care profession as a personal training consultant and is qualified and many areas of health amongst other things.
Working with people and helping them take better care of themselves is only part of her criteria in being useful to her clients.
Client retention being that of over 1o years she definitely has something going on. However, exercise and teaching people how to exercise safely and confidently is what she is all about but make no mistake if you are training for an event or a completion she is the girl who can help you gain the edge over your opponents.
She used to be in international sport herself. She was on Team GB in the sport of Baton Twirling which masters the arts of rhythm, hand eye co-ordination, skill, drill, dedication and determination. She also knows how to prepare you for the performance of your life, bringing to the fore her positive mental attitude and mind training techniques.

When I fell and hurt myself at work, you took care of me, would not let me train and I realised just how much you know about the body. I thought I had hurt with my knee which I found out later with you that the problem stemmed from by back- You are better than my doctor you understand so much about the human body and spent so much time with me until I was better sorting the problem out.
For anyone going through the dramatic effect of dealing with not only the person who has this illness, but also the authorities, this series of books will be such a support for you.
At the time I was not in a very good place you helped me become a fighter, teaching me to zone out of what was going on around me and focus. I still do that today when I am faced with negativity. That day I performed my best a faultless routine a day and performance I shall never forget. The icing on the cake was winning and that I shall thank you forever.

Shoulder surgery put me out of action with my 1 2 1 gym sessions for a while, but now with support and persistence from you my trainer I have recovered fully and gained the muscle tone back in my arm which had wasted.

I am 85 Years old, live independently on my own and still travel. Although I am on medication and have the onset of Coronary heart disease I work out once a week and my sessions are adjusted accordingly and as necessary depending on how I feel and how much energy I have. I have lost weight too and thank you for helping me with my diet because I am on the medication Waffarin. My bloods this week perfect.
I never knew how much mental preparation could benefit until I trained with you. I now know that if I can do it in my head I can do it on the arena floor – with a lot of practise of course, Amazing
I found your speech very informative. I know that I am going to be the one that has the primary role in supporting my dad, my mum, and brother and sister. I know it’s not going to be easy and what sticks in my mind is the importance of looking after myself. Your personal input touched a chord that no website could match and I will heed your advice.
